Our Fen site between Ovington and Carbrooke was obtained via lease from one of the local farmers in 2006 and is our only outdoor flying site.

Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 21:00
Sunday 10:00 – 19:00
Bank Holidays 10:00 – 19:00
Lone Flyers. A club member must hold at least an ‘A’ certificate (and BMFA insurance), before flying alone at our site. Extra care must be taken to ensure that starting & flying aircraft can be carried out in a very safe manner at all times, as the remote location makes it difficult to summon emergency assistance. All ‘lone flying’ is done entirely at the pilot’s own risk.
Guest Pilots. A non member pilot may be invited to fly at the site by any member for a single visit. The guest must hold at least an ‘A’ certificate and BMFA insurance and be accompanied by the member who will be responsible for their behaviour and conduct while at the field.
